**Terms and Conditions for Custom Made Props and Designs**

**Twisted Island Props**

Welcome to Twisted Island Props! By placing an order for custom-made props and designs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Order Process**

- **Initial Consultation:** All custom orders begin with a consultation to discuss your design requirements, including concept, materials, size, and budget.

- **Design Approval:** A preliminary design or sketch will be provided for your approval before production begins. Any revisions or adjustments to the design will be made upon request. Final approval must be given in writing before work proceeds.

- **Production Timeline:** Estimated production times will be provided once the design is finalized. However, timelines may vary based on the complexity of the project and material availability.

2. **Payment Terms**

- **Payment Schedule:** For custom projects, 50% of the total cost is required as a deposit before the start of production. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project and prior to shipment.

- **Accepted Payment Methods:** Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Cash App Services, etc.

- **Late Payments:** If payment is not received on time, Twisted Island Props reserves the right to suspend or cancel the project until full payment is made.

3. **Design Ownership and Intellectual Property**

- **Intellectual Property Rights:** The design, artwork, and any associated intellectual property for custom props created by Twisted Island Props remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed. If the client requests ownership of the design, separate agreements can be negotiated.

-**Downloadable Content:** All content included in or available through download, including but not limited to images, designs, artwork, graphics, and any other materials (collectively referred to as "the Image"), are the exclusive intellectual property of Twisted Island Props and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

By purchasing and downloading the Image, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Image for personal, non-commercial purposes only, as specified in the license agreement. The Image may not be used for commercial purposes, resold, redistributed, or modified without explicit written permission from Twisted Island Props.

You may not claim ownership, alter, or create derivative works based on the Image unless otherwise authorized. All rights not explicitly granted to you in this agreement remain with Twisted Island Props.

- **Usage of Designs:** Twisted Island Props reserves the right to showcase images of custom props for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.

4. **Materials & Quality**

- **Material Selection:** Twisted Island Props will use high-quality materials based on the agreed design specifications. If specific materials are requested, please provide them during the initial consultation.

- **Changes to Materials:** Any changes to materials after the design has been approved may result in changes to the price and production time. All changes must be approved by the client before proceeding.

5. **Shipping and Delivery**

- **Shipping Costs:** Shipping costs are not included in the quoted price and will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

- **Risk of Loss:** Once the prop or design is shipped, the risk of loss or damage during transit is transferred to the customer. Twisted Island Props is not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers.

- **Delivery Timeline:** Delivery times are estimates only. Twisted Island Props is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

6. **Cancellations and Refunds**

- **Cancellations:** Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of the initial deposit being paid, after which the deposit becomes non-refundable. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be accepted.

- **Refund Policy:** Due to the personalized nature of custom props and designs, refunds are not issued for completed or partially completed projects. However, Twisted Island Props is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work with the client to resolve any issues with the final product.

7. **Client Responsibilities**

-- **Accurate Information:** Clients must provide accurate and detailed information regarding the design, measurements, and specifications for custom orders.

-- **Design Approval:** Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs and sketches. Once the final design is approved, any further changes may incur additional fees.

8. **Liability and Indemnity**

--**Limitation of Liability:** Twisted Island Props is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of custom props or designs.

--**Indemnity:** The client agrees to indemnify and hold Twisted Island Props harmless from any claims or damages arising from the use of the custom props and designs, including any violation of third-party rights.

9. **Force Majeure**

Twisted Island Props is not responsible for any delays or failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond its control.

10. **Amendments**

Twisted Island Props reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client prior to the start of a new project.

**By proceeding with a custom order, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.**
